Funded Childcare & Fees

Hackney Care for Kids supports families by offering access to government-funded childcare while providing a nurturing early years environment for children aged 6 months to 5 years. Eligible families may be able to access 15 or 30 funded hours, as well as Tax-Free Childcare, with funding applied based on your child’s age, sessions, and attendance pattern; our competitive fees include all meals, snacks, activities, and learning resources.

What’s Included in Our Fees

Our nursery fees are all-inclusive, helping families manage costs with no hidden extras:

Freshly prepared meals and healthy snacks

Educational activities and learning resources

Age-appropriate toys and equipment

Care delivered by qualified early years professionals

30+ Years Of Experience

Government Childcare Funding

Government childcare funding is applied through the official Childcare Account, where eligible families can apply for funded hours and Tax-Free Childcare; once approved, you will receive an eligibility code to share with us and our team will apply the funding directly to your nursery fees while supporting you throughout the process if needed.

Settling In

Starting nursery is a big step for both children and families, and our settling-in process is designed to be gentle, flexible, and child-led. Each child is supported by a dedicated Key Worker who builds a trusting relationship with the child and their family, helping children feel safe and secure. Parents are encouraged to spend time in the nursery during this period, and we work closely with families to adjust the process as needed so every child settles in confidently and comfortably.
